We would like to invite the UP Diliman community (students, faculty, REPS, administrative staff, and alumni) to take part in our survey!
Because U are our Most Important X, this survey aims to capture the overall insights and sentiments of the various stakeholders of the UP Diliman community to enhance the policies, approaches, programs, services, and brand of the UPD Libraries for a more meaningful and relevant user experience. The survey will take 10-15 minutes.
Data collected from this survey will be used in for research and validation purposes only. Rest assured that all personal information collected from this survey shall be treated in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the UP Diliman Privacy Policy.
