Reservations for discussion room are handled by the staff at the Internet counter in the Electronic Resources room. Users must come in a group of at least three (3) people to make a reservation. They can use the discussion room for two hours which can be extended if there are no other incoming users. Reservations cannot be made in advance; discussion room tables are given in a first come-first serve basis.
Amenities include six tables with seats, two whiteboards and shelves for storing equipment. Users should bring their own whiteboard markers.
The discussion room is open from 8 AM to 12 midnight on weekdays, and from 8 AM to 5 PM on Saturdays.
