Sagwanan: The University Library Book and E-Fair 2024

The Information Services and Instruction Section (ISAIS) of the University Library Diliman in partnership with the College of Social Sciences and Philosophy invites the UP academic community to the SAGWANAN: The University Library Book and E-Fair 2024, to be held on 14-15 November 2024 (Thursday to Friday) at the first-floor lobby of Palma Hall.

This two-day event aims to accomplish the following objectives:

  1. Inform the academic community about the resources (print and non-print)  and services available at the University of the Philippines University Library.
  2. Build connections between database providers, the academic community, as well as the librarians in the University.
  3. Provide a means of educating the academic community about the online subscriptions to which the University Library has subscribed to by enabling providers to share their expertise and show how to use their specific databases.
  4. Offer a platform for the academic community to discuss Media and Information Literacy and Artificial Intelligence.
