General Library Orientation 2023: Nasa Kabilang Bahay Pa Rin Kami: How you should LIB to your fullest at the Main Library’s Temporary Location

The UP community is invited to attend the General Library Orientation 2023 of the University Library Diliman, to be held online via Zoom teleconference on 02 October 2023 Monday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

General Objectives

  1. Create an avenue to showcase the functions and features of several online database subscriptions of the university;
  2. Orient and inform the students and faculty of the current services being offered by the library;
  3. Provide a forum for the library staff to exhibit the collection, holdings, and services that they offer within their respective unit libraries and sections,
  4. Provide a space where members of the UP community may share their thoughts on new academic resources and solutions.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of the event, students and faculty should be able to:

  1. Access the resources and services readily available to them;
  2. Retrieve relevant information to meet their academic needs;
  3. Develop awareness on how to utilize the features and functions of the various online resources and solutions.
